Rotor reaches 4,000 RPM Limit as indicated on read out but may need confirmation with strobe. Reaches -9C to +40C temperature range as confirmed with Temperature Probe. Rotor is in like new condition. Buckets have some residue and faint marker residue. No further testing done. Temperature probe is not included. See pictures for more detail.
