The press is equipped with a custom jig that can be easily removed and replaced with a jig of your own. The press is also equipped with Fuji digital temperature controller, Finder 80 series modular timers, Banner momentary action safetytouch buttons, and Festo/SMC Pneumatics. There are two pneumatic actuators, one for locking pin. The other with a heated platen mounted overhead.The Jig is mounted onto a linear rail that is used to manually move the jig in and out of the press.
