Dymatix 880e Semi Automatic Wafer Prober w/ CMO-BHE Microscope PARTS (7383)R In good cosmetic condition. Powers on, digital screen and buttons respond well to input. We were told it had an intermittent problem when purchased. Just have to restart and it works. However the machine initializes successfully and can move in Xand Yaxis well. Z axis works when connected to vacuum.The microscope has a wide range of motion and shows a clear image. The magnetic probes are missing and NOT included. See picturesfor more detail.
